The Hong Kong Chinese Colonial Government is trying to arrest those HongKongese who has published the booklet "How to Protest" on the internet.

The Booklet is teaching how to protect yourself during the protest, with detailed information how is the Hong Kong Chinese Police being equipped, and how to deal with their weapons, for example the water cannons and different types of guns, including the tear gas.

According to the Treaty "British-Sino Joint Declaration" No.5, " Rights and freedoms, including those of the person, of speech, of the press, of assembly, of association, of travel, of movement, of correspondence, of strike, of choice of occupation, of academic research and of religious belief will be ensured by law in Hong Kong". But obviously the Hong Kong Chinese Colonial Government has brench every term in the Treaty, our Government, being the formal ruler of the Territory and the signing country of the Treaty, according to the spirit of contract, should announce the Treaty is being voided formally.

The booklet is being attached with the report, which is written in HongKongese and English.
